  Health and Welfare Services
  GASB 43 and 45 Valuations
 
We provide actuarial services to help government/public entities understand, evaluate, and complete the new accounting and actuarial requirements under GASB Statements 43 and 45 for Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEBs.) 
  Retiree Medical Consulting and FAS 106 Valuations
 
We provide consulting on all types of health and welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, and disability. We perform FAS 106 Valuations in order to complete the accounting standards and can prepare a funding valuation report at the same time. Medicare Part D actuarial attestations can be completed in order to obtain the government subsidy.
